To register:

1. Fill out the registration form below.

2. Confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided after submission.

3. Wait for a Pay by Zelle payment request from Flying Fairies Culture and Arts Center.

4. Make payment by Pay by Zelle to Flying Fairies Culture and Arts Center at chicagoflyingfairies@gmail.com.

Note:

1. "Family & Friends Discount" applies to all classes. The second member in the same family and the student who refers a friend or new student referred by current student will received a 5% discount towards their tuition. Please enter the name of the first registered family member or current student when applying for the discount.

2. Trial class fee equals single class fee: Classes under 1 hour $15, under 1.5hour $20, classes at 1.5-hour or longer $25. If registered after taking trial class, trial class fee will be deducted from the tuition. 

3. There will be no refund or credits for missed classes or withdrawal from classes.
